Capuano, Yes

Capuano, Yes

Josh Marshall

Rep. Michael Capuano (D-MA) announces he'll vote 'yes' on Health Care Reform.

Sends email to constituents: "After careful review and absent any last minute changes on reconciliation, I will vote YES on health care reform. Although I am not happy with every aspect of this bill, I have come to the conclusion that the benefits for Massachusetts and the country outweigh the problems."

1. Where the hell was he in the primary?
If he hadn't gotten steamrolled by Chokely, "Sen. Capuano" would have been the deciding vote to pas this -- maybe even a better bill -- a month ago. :grr: :banghead:

3. Has Quigley from Chicago announced a yes vote yet? I know he will. He's a liberal.

He's holding out until he knows more about the abortion issue and will vote no if the bill restricts abortion.

lipinski from Chicago is holding out for the abortion issue, too. Problem is he wants more restriction on abortions. He's really a republican who inherited his seat from daddy. but he has that D after his name because he is in Chicago.
