"Originally they had planned to have a press conferene with the lot of them with the intent to announce they were in support of the bill," said an aide to a pro-life Dem involved in the planning. An announcement went out shortly after 11:20 to the group saying that the press conference was canceled. Kaptur is still a confirmed yes and, said an aide, Rep.
