Wasn't she the lady that ran for president when Howard Dean was running? I sort of remember that she was the only one in the Iowa debate that didn't pick on Dean.. I like her..

Barbara Lee was the only person in Congress to vote against the invasion of Afghanistan.
She is also my Representative, and the chairman of the CBC.

She was a senator from IL and was voted out of office (I think it's the seat Pres Obama ended up with)
