Has Cao said he wants Unanimous consent?
I ask because, if he hasn't...I suspect him and a few other Repubs will vote for this bill. I hope so anyway.

1. I dont know about a few other Repubs....
.... but there has been chatter by Dem. reps saying that Cao MIGHT vote yes after the Stupak deal.

8. I think Cao will vote for it, so long as his vote isn't decisive
... and it won't be. We have 220+ votes, so he can vote without subjecting himself to charges that from his caucus that he let "Obamacare" pass.
