unfortunately for most americans an increase in taxes means a decrease in disposable income and in a down economy this is a big sacrifice for those of us who struggle to make ends meet and by doing so manage to keep ourselves disqualified from the "gifts"of the state
this is bad law and may not stand its first challenge in a court as its constitutionality is questionable at best.
what other "product"does the federal govt have the "power" to order you to buy?
