Sen. Bob Bennett: Political caucuses "important"
SALT LAKE (ABC 4 News) - The future of many Utah political candidates may have been decided Tuesday night.

Large numbers in both parties went to political caucuses as candidates tried to get their supporters elected convention delegates.

These delegates are crucial.

At state conventions, they decide which candidates to put on the ballot.

That's why Tuesday night, in the middle of a fierce senate healthcare debate, Bob Bennett was back in Utah.

Bennett told ABC 4, "There's a lot of anger, frustration, frustration with Washington."

Even though he opposed Obama's healthcare reform.
