The Mainstream MEDIA is at fault that these Crazies are out there; they need to Rectify this PRONTO!
Edited on Wed Mar-24-10 05:56 PM by FrenchieCat
The Whole of the media grew these Teabagging nuts
and I'm talking about all of the TeeVee outlets,
and all of the Newspapers.

Teabaggers were never denounced by the Main Stream media.
they were treated as a viable opposition group.
They were promoted in terms of the media exaggerating their size,
magnifying their importance,
and attempting to blur who these folks were,
all done in the media's attempt to defeat HRC,
and Bring President Obama down.

Now, they are gonna try to act like they had nothing to do
with all of the free advertising they did for those crazy ass suckers,
like they do everything else that they were mainly responsible for,
like getting us into a war with Iraq, Impeaching a President for a Blow Job,
Upending our democracy during election 2000,
and playing the bubble game during the "Free Market" reign willingly,
and now this!

so don't get it twisted.
The GOP originated this crap,
but it is the Media who has been doing
the dirty work of allowing this shit
all in the name of promoting their own fucking interest,
over those that they are supposed to serve;
the American People.

THE MEDIA IS TO BLAME!

THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE,
AND IT APPEARS THAT IF WE DON'T DO IT,
NO ONE WILL!

2. Of course they are..and For the whole 8
years of bush and the war on Iraq ..and they created the Perfect Storm for Obama to come along and now they're trying everything they can to get rid of him.

If it weren't happening.. I'd never believe the US "media" could be so craven.

Just look at the so called "news" & mediawhores.

4. You are1005 correct. the repeat the threat as jokes
and don't publish the news such as threats to the children of these representatives. That is dispicible..Look at Sarah Palins website. No body with two cents of sense could misconstrue the meaning of her reload and practice slogans.

THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE,
Meanwhile they talk to their Accountants and lawyers
on how to consolidate the media and mentally corrupt Americans even further

I don't think writing letters to the media help anymore except in the editorial section
but that's a dying form of communication to the masses

The Airwaves should be free but the TV is the most locked down media as compared
to radio ...on all bands of frequency and then there is the internet which has grown past
radio and TV.

TV has been locked down since its conception and implementation.

My suggestion is to get more people hooked up with the internet and off of the TV

Show them you can watch, listen to or read and anything
more than you can with TV or the Public Library

The Media is the Message.... good book.

7. you are right on the money
I have said before that in many ways, the MSM ,as much as, and in some ways, more than Fox, is responsible for this horrendous climate, with their false equivalencies ( both sides are too shrill or whatever) and acting as if dangerous right wing hatemongers and racists are just "outspoken conservative pundits " etc. At least many many people have figured out who and what Fox is, but many of those same people still think they can trust ABC, CBS, CNN etc... I can genuinely envision how in today's climate, even Hitler would be referred to on Good Morning America or the Situation Room as a "controversial conservative" or something like that.

10. PEOPLE NEED TO CONTACT THE MEDIA!!!
AS much as we contact our representatives!

Frenchie-- you should re-post your media contact list. They need to know that this sensationalism is dangerous.

11. Ok!
Contact the media and tell them you aren't taking this anymore!
they have a responsibility to this country,
and they need to make amends for what they have helped create!

18. Thanks Frenchie! I am going to bump this on my blog as well.
This is the MOST important thing that we can talk about.

Fascism coming to america might be wrapped in a flag, but if we don't do something, I can GUARANTEE it will be delivered by the media.

We NEED to do something about this.

Not only that ,this is the same media the teabaggers supposedly hate for being "liberal". There are no liberal views allowed on tv except late at night on MSNBC. It is total BS.

16. But Frenchie, Corporate M$M is controlled by...corporations
Don't look for them to change their allegience to their BushoCorporate Masters anytime soon.

Look for them to continue to provide one reporter per teabagger because RW Bushiganda is all about artficial inflation of numbers and, of course, creating false realities.

Nothing has changed in the past 20 years, in fact, it's getting WORSE.

Bad moon risin'.
