What is the difference between reading a teleprompter and reading off a sheet of paper?

6. Palin claims she uses notes on her palm instead of a teleprompter. She reads that off of her notes

on the podium. The notes on her hand were for the Q&A session, but she and the media want us to think she wasn't using notes for her SPEECH (like she was). :eyes:
