.... what usually happens .... I paste in whatever the WH is calling the event "speaks on health insurance reform" and someone has to point out "what happened to health CARE reform!" .... when they used to call it "health care reform" someone would say, "this is health INSURANCE REFORM!!!"

... he's not just saying "this is a great country, you can boo the President" and being light hearted about it. The man knows, perhaps even better than we do, what's going on in Iran, where, if you boo the leaders .... you get shot in the head.
