2. We have a new Senate cosponsor--Senator Ted Kaufman from Delaware.

(Although he will not be running in November, Senator Kaufman has made some terrific floor speeches on what is needed for real financial reform. The Senate will miss his tremendous contributions in this regard. I know Vice President Joe Biden must be proud of his service.)
