If only we hadn't done all that behind the scenes horse trading on HCR. Trading by the by that ultimately had to be rejected to get the crazy thing passed. It's sad, now that we are begging for the opportunity to actually debate the thing in public, even allowing admendments and the whole schtick. Ah, what could have been.....
