I'm one. I'm actually against all war in general because I believe there is always an alternative. I believe that if some dictator like Bush wants to go to war he should be the one who actually fires the first shot on the field of battle.

He campaigned that Afghanistan was the war we needed to win and that he would be sending more troops there.

Why so shocked that he is sending more troops?

That issue has always been controversial among Democrats and Independents. Even Obama himself said the country was polarized about it last night. You were not listening. No wonder you are shocked that Obama supporters and Americans are not happy with his decision.


So in summary Obama was elected to get us out of Iraq, not into Afghanistan.
