Angle AWOL from first ad
There’s something missing from Sharron Angle’s first television advertisement in the general election—Angle herself.

The Nevada GOP Senate nominee is nowhere to be found, except when her voice appears in the disclaimer as required by federal election laws.

In her opening salvo in the fall campaign against Sen. Harry Reid, Angle’s 60-second spot has no spoken words, only ominous music accompanying a series of negative headlines about the Senate Majority Leader, his position in Democratic leadership and the Nevada economy.

“When Harry Reid became Majority Leader, Nevada’s unemployment rate was 4.4 percent,” reads the text. “Now, ‘Nevada’s unemployment rate is 14 percent, leads nation.’”

1. Didn't she just say a Senator's job isn't to gain jobs for their state?
Did she flip-flop on that?

She a trainwreck, that's for sure. :silly:

2. I would guess she is suppose to be a train wreck.
Some deal made with Harry about some position somewhere.

But that is just a guess, haven't been following that race.

Many times people run in an election so they can lose. Or people put people from groups they do not like, over there head in a race then let them sink, so that they both lose, and hurt an agenda they don't like.

Instead of contributing 10 million to a candidate for instance, spend 10 million to win a primary, then throw the race.

The Boston Senate race looks like a thrown race, who would insult Catholics and Baseball in an interview. Then during conciliation speech have a bit of a snicker when saying how hard the people worked.

Also another candidate the day after winning a primary gave a hot mike 'mistake' that made her look a little silly.

There are lots more, Pretty sure the Kerry advisers threw his election, they wanted Hillary in 08.

Even McCain said he was a 'fellow' American first, and pretty sure the whole Palin thing was just throwing the election.

Lots of other election throws out there.

Although that is just a guess.
