While working I have the TV on mute in the background, so I often don't get the full story.

CNN seems to be promoting the meme that Obama is changing what he said about taxes. Yet what they put on the screen seems to be exactly what he and Biden said during the campaign: no tax increase for individuals making below $200k or families below $250k.

Am I missing something? Is the administration or congress saying something else now that contradicts that?
