He got lucky with his strongest challenger- she became chicken lady. Now an even crazier woman's got a shot.

The question's going to be: how many Nevadans will hold their nose and choose "all bark no bite" over "batshit crazy."

I am not sure if generic ballot means anything. There is no election based on
generic ballot. Elections are about individuals. In Nevada, the extreme right wing
candidate Angle has no chance as I had predicted.

She's just claimed that too many Americans look to government as their God, thereby violating the First Commandment.

Arghhh! Obviously the woman isn't too concerned about the First Amendment. (Only the Second, maybe.)

But what to do? All the medical offices I've been in lately (alas, too many), keep their waiting-room TVs tuned to Fox News. Yes, I should probably protest, but when you're there worrying about what the doctors may find in your body, you hardly feel like making waves over something disconnected like this.

OK, I'm a coward, I guess. But I'm going to urge everybody among my family and friends to vote in Nov. MY S-I-L even came out and voted in the June primary, where the turn-out of Democrats was abysmal (because there were no competitive races, unlike on the Republican side.) And I hope there'll be enough Nevadans with common sense. Wow, I don't know how we'd deal with a kook like Angle as a Senator.
