Denver Post calls Colorado Dem primary for Senator Bennett
in the battle of presidential endorsements--Obama finally picks a winner. Don't despair latest poll out yesterday from PPP shows Bennett with a six-point edge going into the general election against the probable GOP nominee.

Sen. Michael Bennet will win the Democratic primary, the Denver Post projects. Supporters were giddy and shouting tonight as incomplete election returns showed the senator appointed 18 months ago defeating former House Speaker Andrew Romanoff.
