4. The Gibbs thing made me do something I didn't even do during the worst of the 2008 primary battles.

I started putting people on ignore. As a result there are a LOT of links in here I can not click into. More than that, those I do typically have more "Ignore" than not.

In the meantime, today's DU front-page story featuring an admission by one of the men who created Reaganomics that trickle-down economics has destroyed the American economy, has 82 replies. But only 3 Ignore.

So out of the scores (hundreds?) in non-stop, attack-the-Democrats mode, only 3 have shown any interest in what could be a pretty devastating attack on the Right if the M$M chose to run with it. And judging by replies, at least one of those turned it into an attack on Democrats (shocking!).

And the M$M might choose to run with this story if there was enough background noise from the intertubes (it has happened before). But no, those scores (hundreds?) are working hard to get the M$M into a feeding frenzy against Democrats.

Which is why my experiment with Ignore may just go permanent. Their nearly universal lack of interest in the #1 most recommended story on DU today speaks volumes about their trollishness.
