While I'm happy we are starting the end of this debacle, the point remains that this was a horrendous, costly, illegal war and a major mistake that will cause repercussions to us for many decades to come.

So, if you are here to decry those who pressured for the end of this war, I think you are in the wrong place.

50,000 US troops with boots on the ground. 7,000 mercenaries employed by our own State Department. All of them in Iraq.
