Aside from the highly publicized comments by Rahm and, of course, Gibbs, I don't hear this administration attacking "the base" on any kind of regular basis. When Obama attacks, I pretty much only ever hear him attack Republicans and I don't think I've ever really heard him make any negative comments about "the base" himself. Have I missed anything? :shrug:
