So conveniently, 'thehill' couldn't be bothered to link to the article Gibbs referenced.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs slammed House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) on Tuesday on Twitter for endorsing a policy move his spokesperson had previously ridiculed.
Gibbs tweeted Boehner was "against it before he was for it," referring to a freeze in discretionary spending, and directed the message to him directly by including Boehner's Twitter handle, @GOPLeader.
Boehner said in a speech Tuesday that Washington must "cut non-defense discretionary spending to 2008 levels — before the 'stimulus' was put into place" to show the country is "serious about bringing down the deficits that threaten our economy."
Meanwhile his spokesman, reacting in January to President Obama's call for freezing domestic spending, had told The New York Times that "given Washington Democrats’ unprecedented spending binge, this is like announcing you’re going on a diet after winning a pie-eating contest."
In his tweet, Gibbs linked to an article from The Atlantic that juxtaposed the two remarks.
