The "movement" iteself is divided between the Teabag Republicans and the true-blue Teabaggers who honestly don't want to be associated with the Republican Party. Sadly the latter group is few in number. The teabag "movement" has always been a Republican movement regardless of the anti-politician, anti-corporate bailout rhetoric. 24. Looking 'right' is more important than actually being 'right'

and I can't tell you if I really mean right to be "correct" or "conservative"

But I can tell you this, that even if it dawns on them that they have been duped, they will work all the harder to try and justify their stance. For conservative the image is of utmost importance, substance is immaterial. The Tea baggers will always attempt to give the appearance that all is as is should be.

A realization of being duped will only make them dig in their heels even further.
