A Class Act

This landed in my inbox this afternoon:



For nearly a year, Andrew Romanoff and I were locked in a tough race for the Democratic nomination. But both of us always kept sight of this: At the end of the day, we would come together as friends and allies to win this election, and keep the seat from falling to an extremist Republican.

As you may know, the campaign left Andrew with a debt. My wife Susan and I recently made a donation to help Andrew retire his debt, and I'm asking you to do the same.

This is what Democrats do best: We come together and focus on the future. Andrew is heading back to the campaign trail, to help Democrats win in November. He is a proven leader with a strong record of standing up for the people of Colorado.

4. That was a great thing for Bennet to do and I've done as he asked.

I would have worked and voted for Andrew Romanoff quite happily, had he won the nomination. As it is, I'm working hard for Bennet. We must NOT allow that crazy teabagger Buck, who is even against abortion in the cases of rape and incest, to be elected to the Senate.
