16. You'll have a hard time in D.C. Everything is expensive. Your best bet, however,

is to stay somewhere in Crystal City, VA or Arlington, VA. I wouldn't stay in D.C. or Maryland just because of the incovenience and expense. If you can room with someone, that would be good.
