Jindal Staying Out Of Upcoming Senate Race
BATON ROUGE, La. -- Gov. Bobby Jindal said he's staying out of the upcoming Senate race between Republican incumbent David Vitter and his Democratic challenger, Rep. Charlie Melancon.

"Voters can make up their own minds," Jindal said.

The Republican governor said he does not get involved in federal races.

However, Jindal was a special guest at a 2008 fundraiser for Baton Rouge Rep. Bill Cassidy's campaign.

The governor also endorsed Woody Jenkins in his failed bid for Congress.

2. David Vitter has had it easy this election season
Some might say he has been "pampered"

3. He's smart to stay out of it.
Not endorsing the Republican, Vitter, is almost like endorsing Melancon, but not quite. Many governor's seem to try to stay out of endorsing candidates for the Senate. I think it's from fear. But Vitter won't be happy with Jindal.

I hope Vitter loses.

4. Voters can make up their own minds...in MN too where Bobby is headed
for a Republican Party fundraiser.

Tickets start at $1,000. Want to co-host? It's $5,000. Or, hey, go all out and host for $10,000. Maybe Bobby will even take a photo with you for that amount.

Don't get involved, Bobby. Right?
