Whitman's use of Clinton in anti-Brown ads should be a turn-off
Edited on Mon Sep-13-10 08:46 PM by catgirl
Rethugs hated Bill Clinton and dems understand it was an election thing. Shouldn't this work
against Whitman, showing her true sleazy colors? And to put it out there twice? You'd think
MSM would even jump on this kind of sleaze.

Bill Clinton should be appalled by this, as well. I'd love to see him show up in support of Brown.
It would go a long way.

1. Haven't seen the ad. Will searh YouTube for it. I've no doubt Bill would cut an ad and even campaign
for Brown if asked.

2. What sucks is that the article Bill was using to go after Brown with was just acknowledged to be
WRONG by the reporter that wrote it.

Whitman knows that what Bill was saying about Brown is now known to be a lie (not that Bill knew it at the time).

She is using President Clinton's credibility on economic matters to push a known lie against Brown.

3. This info should be made into an anti-Whitman ad

to show what a sleaze she is. Do the California voters want such a dishonest person as their Governor?

4. Clinton saying it is what would be most effective.

5. I've seen this ad
over and over, in fact, and have wondered how the words of The Clenis would resonate with Whitman's base. Totally ineffectual ad, IMO.
