No, the establishment repubs are too deeply entrenched. More than dems, the est. repubs believe that the tea partiers are nutjobs. They are simple trying to use the tea partiers. My only hope is that real conservatives like Palin can take over from within. I was disgusted that the delaware GOP est repubs got a former employee to denounce her boss 24 hours before the primary. They are fighting hard cos they want to maintain the status quo. They just want to go on as usual. But WE the people, want change. BHO changed the dems for the worse, we want to change the GOP for the better.

I don’t blame the former staffer for being disgusted with O’Donnell. O’Donnell never paid her bills or her staff, and then it’s on to the next race. Three races in 5 years and she still hasn’t paid her debts while she lives off her campaign fund. Talk about a “stimulus fund”. Those are all facts, but somehow she’s held up as some grand “conservative”. What a joke.

Conservatives will re-take over the GOP. It might not happen as quickly as we want, but it will happen. We need more steady conservative voices such as Palin, Bachman, West, Ryan, Rubio, etc. And we need to actively support them. GOP Rino hate energizes me!

Rush Limbaugh made a good point today. He said that the. Buckley rule requires clairvoyance – you do not know who is going to win, so instead, vote fro the most conservative candidate. After all, John McCain, Murkowski, and Scozafava were the “sure wins,” weren’t they?

McCain is only a Republican during election year–then he is back to pattycaking with his “friends across the aisle”.I think it is fair to say calling him a Rino is giving him more credit than he deserves. The point is to make a point. I also am a PUMA and I see both sides, but I would rather vote for a Tea party backed candidate that loses in November than a 36 year career politician who sides with the Republicans. It makes a statement to career politicians and the Republican party who want to push soggy cucumber white male entrenched RINOS. Come back to earth, SSMITH. We need you.

I’ve just realised why Palin is now considered a wild card.

this is beyond Palin, its is about moving chess pieces so that the conservative cause is moved forward, even if a liberal repub is in that mix, so be it.

Judicial committee chairmanships are at stake. Federal judgeships are at stake. Legislation which can be stopped or blocked with a repub majority are at stake.

I don’t give a damn about Castle, I do give a damn about the committee chairmanships his repub majority will give.

I supported Joe Miller, Nikki Haley, even Sharon Angle.

Never again will I donate a penny to SarahPac or to the Tea Party Express, they are now turning into a purist organization.

Practicality is being thrown out the window for a purist ideologoly.
