10. She's talking about how this is really about safety for all of us, that the

President asked her to wear TWO hats-to be an assistant to him, to talk directly to him and his team about middle class economic issues, as well as to run the agency.

This agency has the capacity to be able to patch up the current problems like fine print, changing rates, etc., so families have more money, they're more stable, and they'll be likely to take on obligations that they're really going to be able to pay back.

That's more money in THEIR hands-to do so many things and help the economy. This is really about safety for all of us. "Anxiety and shame have become constant companions for Americans with debt."
