3. The undecideds are not going McAdams' way
If you already know what you believe in, and you're progressive, he was your choice months ago, right after the primary. My bet is that the undecideds are those who don't like either of the Republicons, the tea partier or the sore loser.

7. Miller's going to win in a blowout because people aren't going to bother writing in
As you say, anyone who was going to vote for McAdams would already be in his column. The undecideds (if they vote) will ultimately go over to Miller as most aren't going to make the effort to write in Lisa M's name.

This is going to be a blowout and not in the way Dems want.

10. I don't think you all really understand how Alaska's politics work.
Our "undecideds" are not crazy, and they're not going to vote for Miller instead of Lisa. More likely they're going to vote for Scott who has conducted one of the best campaigns I've ever witnessed in Alaska -- and I've been here since 1975.

It will be close, Joe might win, but it definitely will not be a blowout.

9. That's not true.
There were only 6% undecided last week, and this week it's up to 22%. That seems to indicate to me, from anecdotal stories I've heard here on the ground, that many independents who were leaning toward Lisa to stop Joe are rethinking their strategy since Scott is coming up in the polls and seems to have a good chance. Also, Lisa has looked desperate and grasping and as if she's getting special favors here at the end. I think this is good for Scott.

We've even heard of Miller supporters coming his way because they just can't bring themselves to vote for the other two with their ethical challenges.

12. I guess McAdams will pick up a few votes
from the undecideds that would tell you what they're thinking, but I really think that it's going to go down differently. At the end of the official tallying of the vast majority of Alaska votes, Miller will top McAdams, and the only drama will be watching the Murkowski total climb upwards while those votes are being counted.

5. Those numbers are way too low
IMO. Totals should be in the 90+ range. Usually the undecided have decided by election day.

11. As I pointed out above,
they became undecided within the last week. Good for Scott, bad for Lisa.

6. I hope the undecideds go with McAdams because
he sure is a kinder, more honest, and softer person than these the other two. If the undecideds vote sensible, then Scott wins.
