Her win, and the passing of amendments 5 and 6, will redraw districts fairly and REALLY help us all in 2010... so please watch and cheer for Alex Sink!

3. The Governor's race is more important than the Senate race
Rubio is only one of 100 Senators... only a Sink veto pen stands between an out of control Repuke legislature and disaster for Floridians.

4. 5&6 both running almost 2:1 "Yes" right now.
8% of districts reporting.

Sink trailing by 4% right now, so you can't assume that the districts that are reporting are particularly republican.

I caution you, however. 5&6 are very similar to many states' redistricting rules. It wouldn't be hard to draw partisan republican lines within those rules (Republicans have it a bit easier in that regard). The Gubernatorial race is key here (as well as for 2012).

7. I so want OUT of this INSANE state
and go back to my sane state of NEW YORK. Hoping this will be my LAST year here and I can quit the schools here where I work as a Severity TA. To think my salary will be tied to OTHER kids FCATS, with this Scott jerk, is obsense. I come from the state that gave the country Willowbrook and saw it first hand as a young woman. Florida with these Repukes would create MORE of these just to save TAXPAPERS MONEY.

I so HATE this state. Screw you, Rubio AND Scott. Give me Cuomo and Gillibrand ANY DAY. The hell with Florida's no state income tax and "low" taxes. I would rather PAY and GET SOMETHING instead.

Am I ANGRY? You bet, especially since I don't even want to BE HERE.
