6. What are they basing this on? California alone has 53 reps.
They called this after the Central Time Zone states closed but before anything could be reported. How can they be making such a projection?

9. Models. The turn out that is happening on the east coast can be correlated
To historical turn out in the central and west coast to allow pollsters to predict the outcome of toss up and leaning races.
