1. "Common ground"
It's "common" knowledge that Obama will be on GOP "ground."

8. They think accountability is only for Democrats.
They and their media mouthpieces can easily blame their failures on Obama while he is still in office. They will refuse to compromise on anything, then accuse Obama of being unwilling to compromise if he doesn't give them everything they want. Because they know there's a good chance that enough of the American public will buy it.

7. We're mocking ourselves by thinking we can get consensus with a party that
Said Obama is a Muslim
Said Obama is not a citizen
Said Obama is working to destroy America

What consensus can you build with that? Those laughing pictures are likely their reaction to this talk of compromise with a side that wants to see us dead and destroyed.

We're mocking ourselves by thinking we can get consensus with a party that...

Said Obama is a Muslim
Said Obama is not a citizen
Said Obama is working to destroy America

Did you miss the part where said party just won a huge majority in the House? That is not the President's fault, evidenced by your own list of the Republicans' message.

10. They won because we let them win
We watered down legislation to appease them (surprise, they weren't appeased!)

They took what we gave them and proceeded to utterly kick our asses in an election. Well damn, I'm really surprised they didn't compromise with us.

4. That's the way most DUers looked when Obama said it in early 2008.
How stupid can you be to continue this bipartisan bull shit. Honestly! Fuck the Republican Party and the horse they rode in on. That means you Chamber of Commerce Cocks!

6. The President is attempting to show...
...that he is reasonable and willing to work with the Republicans.

We all know damn well that the Republicans won't give one millimeter, and
that they'll stab his back and talk smack about the Dems--any chance they
get.

The Republicans will continue to insist that the American people spoke
and sent them to DC to roll out their radical agenda. They'll overstate
what the election meant, and use it to make Dems and President Obama
look like petulant fools. Meanwhile, they'll blame every economic ill
and statistic on the Dems.

I applaud Obama for extending a humble opinion, but I hope he's prepared
to be treated like crapola by these sociopaths. It's all they know how
to do, and this group is worse than anything we've seen in decades.

11. People are fed up with politicians and both parties ...
If both parties continue to play like children in a playground, the voters will continue to replace those in office until the parties start to work together to solve problems.
