:sarcasm:

Dems lost ground even if it wasn't quite as bad as it could be and already all the calls for challenge to President Obama--even though Dean nor Feingold will do it--and neither will DK. If Obama is challenged it will be on the right by some idiot like Evan Bayh. Furthermore some people don't understand that midterm elections are not necessarily predicative of what will happen in the presidential election. Reagan and Clinton (who lost BOTH houses of congress) both came back to win second terms. Jimmy Carter only lost 14 Dem in '78 and lost the presidency in a landslide in 1980. Truman lost the house and senate in '46 and won a (surprise) victory in '48.

1. During the Clinton Obama primaries
I found this little button called ignore. What a great wonderful tool. Forgot all about it until yesterday. I can now read some real news on GD. It is so wonderful. I encourage others to utilize ignore and stop wadding through the crap.

3. Wi... it is how someone is invested ...
Edited on Thu Nov-04-10 10:05 AM by Peacetrain
If they are invested in the Administration failing.. they are emotionally invested.. and will find anything to push that

It they are invested in the Administration succeeding..they are emotionally invested.. and will find anything to push that.

And everyone in the middle of that will have to try and sift it out the best they can for themselves.

5. DU is always fun.
All this in-house squabbling is what makes this place great.
