and that is the way IMHO the rest of us from the grass roots to the folks who are friendly to us in the rest of the media to Democratic elected officials all the way to the White House should be.

Death Panels, Killing Grandma, Socialism, non-existent fantasy spending on trips to India, it all won't seem so funny coming back in the other direction. We need to "explain" it to them.
