What can we (Dems) do now? I mean, we do have SOME time, right? Ideas?

Single payer
election finance reform
pro choice legislation
LGBT protections
immigration reform

and then let the repukes overturn it.

2. Split the Tax Cut Bills and vote down the one for Super-Rich and Extend the Middle Class.

It should just expire but it is clear the repubs are going to propose teh extension so maybe take it off the table right now.

Otherwise the repubs in January will have one bill that forces obaama to extend tax cuts for the rich...and he will sign it.
