He suggested that Nancy Pelosi was ineffective and then made the statement that in football when a qb is ineffective he is pulled from the game. Well... he only played 29 games. He only played for 3 years. 4 if you count the one game where all he did was have a fumble. Only had a 49.2% completion rate. Only had 15 passing TDs. His QB rating was only 54.3

He wants to suggest that Pelosi is ineffective?
