If you KEEP standing it, we'll keep supporting you. And you'll win.

I'd suggest playing THIS song to yourself every morning on the sound system of your choice:

(apologies for the Xerox ad at the start...)

2. Standing his ground? He went from no extension to no "permanent" extension in just
a few days after the election. He's already caving.

4. I am sure the highest 2% earners will get a 2 year
extension of Bush tax cuts. Then they can brag that
the tax cuts for rich were curtailed. After 2 years
who knows what the congress will look like.

9. No. In two years they'll say that Obama had approved one of the largest tax increases EVAH!
With 8 x 10 color glossy photos with circles and arrows, and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what it means.

8. We've Played this Game before -- He WILL EXTEND Tax Cuts for the Rich
It will be for 2 years...enough time for repubs to be able to plan for permanent extension for the rich....poor strategy again by the WH

All based on fucking speculation.

Fuck that shit.

Keep kneecapping him.

I'll keep bringing attention to it, each time you do.
At some point, it will be clear what you are doing,
even to the most dense.

12. We gave him the House, the Senate, and of course the Oval Office
so he wouldn't have to worry about too much compromise, but he pissed that away by compromising before the game is ever really afoot, as he's doing now. That's not compromise, that just weak and stupid.

13. Yeah yeah yeah
The House was full of enough pretend Democrats as was the Senate so you and the rest of the daily Obama bashers can sit here and continue to spew the bullshit.

Those who know how it works know that the man isn't King and thats just how it works.

Vote for Palin, vote for whomever, but you'll not find anyone who did so much with so little support as Obama.

15. No different
then your one track mind of denying anything this President has done as a success. Please, I live in the real world.

You and the rest of the constant bashers of all things Obama just don't get it or you do get it and just want to continue to bash him for no fucking reason.

You know how politics works here? I know for 8 years we had a King but in the real America, it doesn't work that way. But hey, if it makes you a proud Liberal to continue to post lies and innuendo about Obama, by all means knock yourself out.

I really hope whomever you support in 2012 wins for you and gives you everything YOU want from day one. You see, living in the real world, I know that will never happen.

16. It's very simple
The House should pass the extension of the Bush cuts only for incomes under $250k. The bill will then go to the senate. If the republicans filibuster they bill, they will be responsible for letting the Bush tax cuts expire.

20. I agree with you....
and he's stated that unemployment insurance is a priority, and I'm sure in order to get the cuts for the middle class and unemployment extended, compromise will have to be on the table. I just hope he can pull it off.

do you see repukes sucking Democratic ass? Yet they still manage to get things done. It's Obama's job to CONVINCE those asshat so-called Democrats to see his way....and, fuck, STOP with the "GOP WOULD BE WORSE" meme - we already all KNOW that and heck, if we don't, with this administration we are sure to find out

Edited on Sun Nov-07-10 08:23 PM by treestar
Republicans don't get everything they want - if they didn't get it right after 911 they never will.

This anti-Democratic theme is wrong too. And you've given no constructive criticism here.

The President can try to convince them, but if they won't go along, they won't.

22. Nah, you see
I pay attention for myself. I don't need shit spoon fed to me, especially from Obama haters such as yourself.

It's not Obamas job to convince anyone in Congress of anything. He can push his agenda but in the end, it's up to the "asshats" as you call them to do the right thing.

And honestly, the Obama is just like Bush/GOP meme is pure bullshit.
