"The American People" "We need to listen to the American People" "We were sent here by the American
People".

Just a reminder to DC, I fall into that group!
And so is my daughter who is being helped by HCR.

We are progressives and don't agree with tax cuts for the rich while cutting funding to education, healthcare, unemployment insurance, social security, medicare, medicaid, welfare (who knows what else they want to cut)... As an American Person, I voted against every Republican candidate and proposition on my ballot...

I am part of the American People that the leaders in the Repug party keep saying they are going to listen to... as is every other person on Tuesday that voted against the Repug candidates and their ideals.

Boner, McConnell, Haley, and all the other elected leaders in our government, both federal and local... I expect when you say you will listen to the American People, that you will listen to me as well.

1. Didn't you hear?
Sarah Palin said you weren't a "REAL AMERICAN" so she isn't talking about you...

2. Sarah Palin has proved herself to be irrelevant. Even the repugs want her to go away.

3. Well gee whiz were they deaf for the last two years.
The American people wanted them to go to congress and pass bills to give them jobs, extend unemployment and improve the economy...they must have all used those ear plugs cause they sure didn't do anything about it except say no.

4. No one was listening up until now. Perhaps they will start listening now that the damage is done.

5. K&R
Do you think Obama will fight for at least unemployment insurance? Is he going to cave on taxes for the top 2% and let the unemployed go to hell?

I can't believe this nightmare! How could voters just sit on their asses and not go to the polls?

:grr:
