Some one that had exhausted their lifetime maximum benefit due to catastrophic illness can now re-enroll in their previous plan and continue with the treatment of their illness.Wow! Is that something that should be 'repealed'?
Why is it being called Obamacare in the first place when it was actually two Health Care Reform bills that were combined together to become the
