Poll question: What to do about the catfood commission?
Edited on Wed Nov-10-10 09:19 PM by Warren Stupidity
I humbly petition the members of Democratic Underground for their opinion on the totally unsurprising revelation today that the 'bipartisan deficit commission' is going to propose a general screwage of working families in the form of social security cuts, mortgage tax deduction cuts, medicare cuts, and other atrocities, while compensating for that by lowering capital gains taxes and corporate income taxes on the filthy fucking rich.

Please send a message to Credo Action at info@credoaction.com and ask them to consider making opposition to the Deficit Reduction Commission one of their December causes. Their phone bills reach nearly a million people with an offer of free minutes for activist calls.
