I think the wealthiest 2% should get tax breaks! Before you flame me, look at this.

They are getting tax breaks under the Democratic plan, just not extraordinary ones.

I wish our representatives from all branches would learn to say this more clearly, instead of "no tax breaks for the wealthiest," because then the Republican demand would be seen as truly awful as it is.

Look at the graph ... under 500k, the Dem cuts are BETTER than the GOP cuts.

The GOP is betting that the middle class will PROTECT their small current cuts, and allow huge cuts for the rich, because the middle calls NEEDS THE MONEY.

So, the Dems should argue that they want to INCREASE the MIDDLE CLASS tax cuts, add a few hundred dollars under say 250k, and that the GOP is preventing that increased tax break.

I doubt we are that smart.
