I've never heard anything of the sort. Not in the news, and not anecdotally. I have friends in Norway, England, Ireland, Sweden, New Zealand, and Australia and they all love him. I have not one international friend or business associate who has said one negative word about Obama.

You said Obama has done little to reverse the way people feel about the US... I say the world thinks a lot more of him and appreciates him greatly. You clearly don't get how well liked he is around the globe. The way people around the world feel about the US has changed drastically.
