Obama Should Pardon Delay...
In exchange for a single payer system... and everything else we had to compromise on. Of course they have pass everything first before Delay gets his pardon.

1. It's a state crime, not a federal crime. President cannot pardon, even if he wants to

2. Rick Perry will probably pardon him then.
And be even more popular in Texas for doing so.

10. I would see that as highly likely. Especially if Ricky wants to shore
up the conservative base for a run in 2012 for President.

4. So he should sell a pardon for political favors...
That would be an impeachable offense.

11. Didn't you get the memo?
There is no such thing as an impeachable offense anymore.

9. Now if Delay goes to jail, will that mean he will be on a government run health

The irony!

14. We can't suddenly switch to a single payer system. It has to be done in stages. nt
