Who said this: "How is that not a big progressive victory?"
Guys, this is a major program to aid lower- and lower-middle-income families. How is that not a big progressive victory?

That Krugman pointed to a "a major program to aid lower- and lower-middle-income families" enacted by President Obama as a "big progressive victory."

Understand the point now?

I'd imagine that you're trying to prove some larger point.

7. He is right, it is a progressive victory.
Progessives detested Social Security when it passed and considered it a give away to bankers by a banker, FDR.

In 25 years, progressives will love it.
