William Daley, the former commerce secretary under consideration to be President Obama's chief of staff, is at the White House, according to reports.

Daley planned to meet with Obama and Pete Rouse, the temporary chief of staff. David Plouffe, Obama's 2008 campaign manager who will start in the administration on Monday, has also reportedly arrived at the White House.
