2. Are they that naive...such true believers that they don't realize...
that they only represent a small percentage of Americans? That's scary.

3. In queue - and I suspect it will be long
"We are experiencing high call volumes" -

Futile task over -

"My comment - I said that I was from Frelinghuysen's very Republican district and was concerned that the repeal of HCR would seriously hurt me and other middle class people with children in their early 20s - out of good universities, but not in jobs that provide access to health care. I said that repeal would hurt the Republicans as many people lose things they currently have."

All true - I think I sounded not obviously a Democrat - and I suspect that my sentiments might be ones that Republicans in my district might actually agree with - as they are not mostly tea party people.

Background music - instrumental versions of patriotic songs. Note to self: it is clear I have watched too many British movies as I initially wondered why "God save the Queen" was included - in spite of learning and singing the American song to the same tune since elementary school.

4. "Keep your hands off my health care!" I like it.
And it should sound familiar to Boner.

I'm calling.

5. good idea but...
...... they're already spinning this as "not a fundraiser." "It was to pay for bus fair."

Seriously. As though those who came took Greyhound.

6. Done!

I said that I come from a Republican district, and that I do NOT want health care reform rolled back. I asked them to make note of my input, and asked if they are keeping a tally. He said yes. Was pretty curt.

Got in on the 1st or 2nd ring!
