Is the killer taking a shot at Obama in his anti-government rethoric?

In one of his YouTube videos, the 22 year old killer says:

“In conclusion, reading the second United States Constitution, I can’t trust the current government because of the ratifications: the government is implying mind control and brainwash on the people by controlling grammar,” he writes in one video posting. “No! I won’t pay debt with a currency that’s not backed by gold and silver! No! I won’t trust in God!

A lot of right wingers talk about how Obama is all talk and just manipulates his followers with his speeches and eloquent words. A lot of them believe this is how Obama won the 2008 election. By reading his statement, it seems to me, that the killer is saying the same - that the Obama government is brainwashing us by his words and eloquence.
