The simple act of NOT tuning into Morning Schmoe, is an excellent
way to make a collective statement.

You can guarantee it will be a topic of discussion as they try to wordsmith and justify Keith's departure.

Don't tune in to MSNBC, ever, during Morning Schmoe.

2. Not to worry
If you ever want a blow-by-blow account of Scabro's musings, just come here any morning that he's on the air. If he farts, five seconds later you'll get a description of how it smelt. I doubt that those who watch that smarmy prick could be dissuaded from watching even if you paid them.

5. I like to see people on his show take him on...and to watch some of the
people I like to see such as O'Donnell, Katrina VandenHeuval, Gene Robinson, Elizabeth Warren, liberal people in the Congress. I mute or turn the show off when a-holes come on. If he were to stop having liberals on the show I wouldn't bother with it...but I don't want to miss the good ones. And sometimes you see a real doozy like Joe Lieberman calling Arianna Huffington "sweetheart" and the ensuing table conversation on the set...pretty good political theatre, that!

That fart example, tho, is HILARIOUS...and...you're pretty much right on target...:toast:

10. cancel cable completely and stop supporting CNN, MSNBC, FOX
and all the nonsense on TV. I did and I feel like a great weight has been lifted. If there is something I want to watch I watch online. There are very few shows that even slightly interest me, why pay for this crap.

3. I assume you're directing this at people with Nielson Boxes? Because...
...it doesn't matter for anyone else.

7. As I understand it, cable and satellite providers are able to track usage and
including which programs are dvr'ed.

4. Sorry, but I'm dying to find out if the gag order's been lifted even partially.
Keith and Countdown (and Rachel) weren't ever to be mentioned in the morning.
If your blood pressure can take it, and you're not a "Nielson house," it never hurts to know what the other side is up to.

6. There are shows on MSNBC other than Keith and Rachel?
All I know is that the amount of time that I'm going to be watching anything branded MSNBC has been cut in half. And I may make a point to download TRMS podcast, since there are no ads on it, I get to watch Rachel and MSNBC doesn't get anything from me, except an increase in their bandwidth cost.
