Poll: Palin Would Make Texas A Swing State
Poll: Palin Would Make Texas A Swing State
9:57 am EST January 24th, 2011

PPP polled some 2012 political matchups in Texas, and while most of the Republican field would beat Obama handidly (Huckabee by 16%), Sarah Palin would make the race competitive. Palin barely leads Obama 47%-46% in Texas, with 7% undecided.

So, you see why the GOP establishment is soon going to go all-in versus Palin – the future of the Republican party at the presidential level relies on them stopping her.

Run, Sarah, Run.

1. Please, Texans, vote to secede!
I'll GIVE YOU Sarah Palin and a 'batshit crazy' from the midwest to be named later.

3. Palinistas were blaming the left for reports about Todd
and the rumoured affair. I think they need to look closer to home.

4. I don't think Palin could win a primary, but...
I think the bitterness and chaos she creates would be entertaining.

12. With the teabaggers controling the republican party now, she can easily win the primaries.
The republican base has changed, and she is owed a lot by the states where she campaigned and endorsed during the midterms.

6. Hahahaha.
If we were to win Texas it would cut the Republicans' knees out from under them.

11. Why am I having images of her picking Perry as a running mate?
Especially after this news? Not too long ago they did some joint appearance in
Dallas that had me thinking the same thing.
