Who's to blame?

President Obama? The DLC? The far left? Liberals? Others left in the Democratic Party? (Sorry If I missed a group here).

In my younger years politics seem to be pretty simple you either voted for the Democrat or the Republican or a occasional Independent. you voted and that was that you knew where your party stood and thats what a politician usually did.

For awhile now I have seen the blame game being played here on DU especially since the SOTU. The Democratic party is a big tent party, if any one group controlled our party we would never win a National election in todays America.


The DNC puts out a party platform we expect our elected officials to follow that platform (please correct me here if I am wrong), if they don't, the simple solution is in the next election is to throw them out of office.

I am just your average American citizen I don't profess to have all the answers thats why I put my trust in my party to make a platform I believe in and we put people on the ballot that will advance that platform.


I for one am sick and tired of the blame game. We are the Democratic party, we are what we are, I for one welcome all into our big tent that believe in our core beliefs. As someone once said "united we stand, divided we fall".



Just a little afterthought, If I sound like I am rambling I make no excuses for that but the medications I take do not let me type my thoughts as well as they are in my head.
