Ohhhh -I cannot get over that Bill O'Reilly told Obama that people Hate him. Ugh!
You want to talk about hypocrisy? Bill - if anyone even looked at Bush the wrong way, you and your fellow faux-ups would have a major heartattack on tv, ranting and raving about how DARE we question the President during a time of war.
Well, you stupid loofah pig, we are STILL a nation at war, unfortunately. What right do you have to say that to President Obama not only on national tv, but on one of the most watched events of the year??? An event that is watched world-wide. Was it your goal to make Obama look weak to people everywhere? And if that was your goal, how dare you call yourself a patriot. Like it or not, Barack Obama IS the President of the United States. "GET OVER IT!" He beat your guy by quite a large margin. If you want Obama to fail, than you want America to fail. And if you want America to fail, you are no different then those terrorists that you put into the spotlight daily to keep your viewers in a constant state of fear.

The only people that "hate" Obama are the people that watch your network where they are given a menu of lies on a daily basis, hour by hour, segment by segment. Lies that are only meant to make your sheeple dislike everything about their President.
The rest of the country doesn't hate Obama. We may question him and his decisions, but that is not HATE. In fact, unlike faux and it's viewers, the majority of people DON'T hate. And that is what separates those who watch Faux news with those that don't.

Bill O'Reilly - I can't stand you and what you stand for. If you disappeared from the public limelight, I would be thrilled if I never had to see your face or hear your voice again. But I don't hate you - you aren't worth that strong of an emotion.

Shame.

 <- I don't even know if it made sense, but it just felt good.

3. When it comes to haters and Obama, there is never anything Over the Top......
O'Reilly was speaking for himself....and he should have said so....
instead, the coward attempted to invoke "people"....like he fucking knows
what "the People" like and hate.

O'Reilly is a cowardly asswipe of gigantic porportion......
like the majority of those who choose to hate just because they can.

10. And he looked like a coward too. Watch his reactions to
the President. He handled him perfectly, there is nothing that throws a bully off more than feeling that they are being laughed at and that is what he did, he laughed at him. Watch how O' Reilly winces during the interview. The President was in control of that interview from start to finish.

Edited on Wed Feb-09-11 02:52 AM by avaistheone1
was to grant O'Reilly an interview. It elevated O'Reilly to a legitimate journalist which of course he is not.

7. Sure. The Rethug meme was that the 'real Murkans' loved Bush
but that the press hated him. With Obama, the framing is that the people hate him. It's a Rethug twofer.

When O'Reilly asks Bush why the press hates him, he's implying that Bush is being picked on by the media. Poor wittle Bush!

When he asks Obama why the PEOPLE hate him, he's saying that the American people, as a whole - or at least a lot of them - do not personally like their president. In fact, he purposely corrected Obama that it was more than a dislike of him - it was outright hatred.

answer the question, being one of those haters.

29. AFTER,
the clip i(unwillingly) saw yesterday) showed oreilly asking bush that question after he was out of office. i saw oreillys' question as disrespectful to the office of the president and to obama at the same time.

However, it sounded like Bill was asking him a rhetorical question. How he can sit there and ask President Obama why exactly so many people seem to hate him when he works for a faux "news" organization that puts out an endless stream of lies and propaganda on a daily basis geared to do that exact thing sounds pretty damned breathtaking!

many already-inflamed loonies to hatred for that labeled socialist, Marxist, non-American-born Kenyan colonialist man of color. :grr:

24. I have a feeling Obama already knew. It comes with the territory -
- There has never been a leader that wasn't hated by some segment of his constituents. Obama isn't the first or the last. What O'Reilly said wasn't a revelation to Obama - it was theater.

26. That question would have been more suitable for Bush imo.
More people hated him...even those in his own party. Not all of them mind you but quite a bit. O'Reily was an ass. I suppose he was attempting to pull a "Dan Rather" on him. Repukes won't ever forget that interview Rather did on Bush 1.
